CASA ALEGRIA - PLAYA DEL CARMEN

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath luxury home is located in the exclusive Playacar Phase II Community of Playa del Carmen and has direct access to the white, sandy beaches thought the reef club hotel just a few minutes walk from the house.

The home is a 45 minute drive south of the Cancun airport and just a short walk from the ferry boat to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), the pedestrian street is lined with many handicraft shops, restaurants, international cafes and becomes truly vibrant at night.Also take a short drive 30 to 45 minutes south to discovery more beautiful beaches and the quaint shops of Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum.

Plaza Playacar has much to offer and Playa del Carmen's downtown is also nearby.

THE HOME

Casa Alegria is part of a complex called Villas del Caribe, a brand-new development with more amazing houses, 3 bedrooms each one available for vacation rentals what gives a chance of getting accommodations for a big number of travellers. The villa is just a short walk distance to beach and town. This is a three bedroom, 3 ½ bath private home modern Mexican style with a unique architecture style; colonial interiors and beautiful handcrafted furnishing.

In the main floor you will find an ample living room and dining area ,the comfortable and spacious kitchen were you can be sure you will find everything you need as it is equipped with all major appliances, microwave, cooking as well as general and entertaining dishware.

In this floor there is one bedroom with two single bed and its private bathroom. All rooms are have its independent air conditioner and ceiling fan, controlled from each space.

You access by the upstairs into a reading area were you find futons to accommodate extra guests. From there you can enter either of two bedrooms each with its private bath and king size beds. Each of this rooms have a private balcony with furniture for you to relax and have a refreshing margarita on the Caribbean.

There is a gas grill if you prefer to cook outside, you can eat at the patio table and relax close to the pool area. As an added bonus for our guests, we make available our discounted all-inclusive privileges at the Reef Club Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away.

Using our Playacar VIP card we provide you, you have access to the beach club and can opt for a discounted half or full day all inclusive package including meals, snacks, beverages, non-motorized water sports, on site gym, and pool activities.

ACTIVITIES

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak. Also nearby are the Xaman Ha Aviary and a championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.
