Bay Blue Condominiums are tucked away at the far
Northeast corner of Puerto Aventuras, which is an exclusive vacation spot
45 minutes south of the Cancun International airport. Puerto
Aventuras is a tranquil gated community with hotels, residences, golf
course, marina, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Caribbean beaches, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling,
scuba diving, and tours to nearby Mayan ruins, jungles and cenotes, it
is all available on this beautiful resort or nearby.
Puerto Aventuras is for everyone.
In 20 minutes you can be in Playa
del Carmen for an evening in town. You will love 5th Avenue with all
its shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Plan a trip to the island of Cozumel;
a ferry boat departs frequently from Playa del Carmen every day.
Our Bay Blue unit is a great place for a vacation
in the Mayan Riviera. Just relax and do nothing, or be active with every
kind of
water sport.
UNIT DESCRIPTION
Ours is a first floor unit with beautiful frontage
on an inlet from
the Caribbean beach. The condo provides two bedrooms (one king and two
double), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter
and stools, dining room with table for six, a spacious living room, and
terraces. The back terrace is equipped with a private Jacuzzi and it is
steps from the gigantic
Mediterranean style pool.
The living room and each bedroom have a TV and DVD
player with a library of DVD movies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished
with the necessary linens and towels. The kitchen has all the amenities
and appliances to include refrigerator, stove-top range, toaster oven,
microwave, blender and a dishwasher. All utensils, plates, glasses and
cookware is provided in case you decide to eat in. A utility room with
washer and dryer is also available inside the unit for your convenience.
