This is a fantastic location only two blocks distance of the main promenade, where all of the trendy restaurants and shopping stores are found. It is peaceful and quiet at the condo but only a few steps to all of the excitement and the famous 5th avenue.

UNIT DESCRIPTION

This is a three story condo. It offers a in the second level a master bedroom with a King size bed, a walk-in closet and its a private bathroom, with a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both of these rooms have big glass window-doors facing to the upstairs balcony with the most beautiful view of the jungle. The third bedroom has two single beds too.

Downstairs there is a full equipped kitchen with a counter sitting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a full size television with the comfort that makes you feel a home!. This area of the house has a sliding door that can be opened to the hudge balcony where you can find a BBQ grill, sun chairs and an outdoor pool - jacuzzy, where you can get relaxed having a refreshing Margarita while being delighted with the ocean breeze.
