CARIBBEAN PALAPA - PLAYA DEL CARMEN

The home is a 45 minute drive south of the Cancun airport. Casa Caribbean Palapa is a short walk from the ferry boat to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) a pedestrian street lined with many handicraft shops, restaurants, international cafes and becomes truly vibrant at night.

30 to 45 minutes south to discovery more beautiful beaches and the quaint shops of Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum . You may also enjoy the activities, restaurants and nightlife of Cancun, only 45 minutes north.

5 minute walk from Plaza Playacar were you can find many wonderful shops which sell a myriad of things such as clothing, jewelry and Mexican crafts: other stores such as a pharmacy, a beauty shop with spa services, internet coffee café, a bank snack shop and more. Downtown Playa del Carmen is also nearby. For the walking enthuast, it is an easy 10 minute walk.

Discretely located in the quiet gate community of Playacar Phase 2 this charming 2 story beach home sleeps 5 adults comfortably. This home is just in playacar entrance so you can go to the beach and to the 5th avenue just walking Just a short walk from white sand beaches and a short walk to Playa's famous 5th avenue, you won't find this combination in all of the Mayan Riviera.

Casa Caribbean Palapa has it all, relax and enjoy your vacation in Mexico. The unique private jacuzzi you have in the backyard is perfect for relaxing. This Caribbean home counts on plasma TV for those "not to miss" sporting events or movie screenings with satellite service. When you are not at Xcaret or exploring the ruins of Tulum and Coba, you'll want to be on the property. High speed Internet is also available in this property.

There are 3 bedrooms one in the 1st level and 2 in the second one. There are 2 king sized beds and a single bed available. The entire house offers air conditioning and ceiling fans through out.

ACTIVITIES

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak.

Also nearby are the Xaman Ha Aviary and a championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.
