CASA COLINA – PLAYACAR FASE II - PLAYA DEL CARMEN

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located in the exclusive Playacar Phase II community of Playa del Carmen and has direct access to the white, sandy beaches through the reef club hotel just a few minutes walk from the house where Casa Colina guests can use the facilities of the resort (beach chairs, pool and towel service), or for a daily fee, can enjoy the all inclusive privileges. Opposite the Reef Club is the entrance to the golf course.

The public beach is an easy 3 minute walk through a Mayan archaeological site. 45 minute drive south of the Cancun airport, Casa Colina is a short walk from the ferry boat to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) were the pedestrian street is lined with many handicraft shops, restaurants, international cafes and becomes truly vibrant at night. Casa Colina is in a perfectly convenient location on the edge of Playa del Carmen (just inside the gated community of Playacar)

Just a short walk away from Plaza Playacar and Playa del Carmen´s downtown is also very close to walk to.

THE HOME

This great Casa is a spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath private home located in the resort development of Playacar.

The home overlooks the third tee of the golf course and is right around the corner from the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. It is a three-minute walk past Mayan ruins to downtown Playa Del Carmen, the ferry to Cozumel, and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen separate dining room and living area. Stepping out of the sliding window you can enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens and pool while getting relaxed and delighted by the singing of the birds.

On the second floor you find the 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with big windows facing the beautiful views of tropical gardens, trees and pool.

ACTIVITIES

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak. Also nearby are the Xaman Ha Aviary and a championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.
