This apartment is a rustic mexican 2 bedroom condominium.
In the common areas there is a swimming pool surrounded by the tropical gardens. This condo has a fantastic location only one block distance of the main promenade, where all of the trendy restaurants and shopping stores are found and only 2 blocks from the best and most popular beach clubs in Playa del Carmen, Mamita's and Nicky Beach.

It is peaceful and quiet at the condo but only a few steps to all of the excitement and the famous 5th avenue.

LOCATION

Playa Del Carmen, 45 minutes from Cancun Airport, Mexico. The Condominium Complex Eclipse is located on Calle 28 between 5 and 10th avenue, just a few steps of the main promenade and the famous pedestrian Fifth Avenue and only 2 blocks from the white sandy beaches.

UNIT DESCRIPTION

This condominium is located on the second floor and it has a rustic Mexican styled living and dining area and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, plasma TVs with cable service.

The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the bathroom can be accessed from the hallway. Both bedrooms have large wooden closets. The living room is connected to the dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped. Between the living dinning area and the kitchen there is a counter sitting with two stools. Each room has its own mini split air conditioner.
