CASA RENDEZVOUS - PLAYA DEL CARMEN

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath luxury home is located in the exclusive Playacar Phase II Community of Playa del Carmen and has direct access to the white, sandy beaches thought the reef club hotel just a few minutes walk from the house.

The home is a 45 minute drive south of the Cancun airport and just a short walk from the ferry boat to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), the pedestrian street is lined with many handicraft shops, restaurants, international cafes and becomes truly vibrant at night.Also take a short drive 30 to 45 minutes south to discovery more beautiful beaches and the quaint shops of Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum.

Plaza Playacar has much to offer and Playa del Carmen's downtown is also nearby.

THE HOME

This is a three bedroom, 3 ½ bath private home modern Mexican style with a unique architecture style; colonial interiors and beautiful handcrafted furnishing. It is a three minute walk past Mayan ruins to town, the ferry to Cozumel, and beautiful beaches. This house is part of a group of 7 houses and the large pool is just a few steps from it. Open the sliding doors to a private patio for outdoor dining with the peaceful golf course view.

In the main floor you will find an ample living room and dining area, the comfortable and spacious kitchen were you can be sure you will find everything you need as it is equipped with all major appliances, microwave, cooking as well as general and entertaining dishware. Next to the kitchen, you will find a storage room (bodega) with a second fridge, laundry facilities and storage as well as a back door, handy to the parking space when unloading suitcases and groceries.

In this floor there is one bedroom with a king-sized bed that can be separated to accommodate 2 twin and its private bathroom.
All rooms are have its independent airconditioner and ceiling fan, controlled from each space.

You access the upstairs by a two-storey staircase opening onto a spacious foyer. From here you can enter either of two bedrooms each with its private bath and king size beds.The second bedroom upstairs has been equipped with a bathtub to accommodate small children and those preferring a relaxing bath.

From this floor you accede a large outdoor deck, again overlooking the golf course, is accessible from the master suite or the foyer for the enjoyment of everyone. It is equipped with lounge chairs and outside furniture.

You can relax on the large patio along the back and around the side of the house. There is a gas grill if you prefer to cook outside, you can eat at the patio table.

ACTIVITIES

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak. Also nearby are the Xaman Ha Aviary and a championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge.
